I offer counselling on a weekly basis where possible. We can discuss together what frequency feels appropriate for you.

If you are experiencing unexpected financial difficulties, please feel free to discuss this with me. Wherever possible, I will consider whether there are any options that may be helpful.

A free 15 minute introductory conversation is available before you decide whether counselling with me feels right for you.
